Leadership
Mark Nussbaum is Managing Director of Stonehill Capital Group, where he works directly with private commercial real estate owners on acquisition and refinance financing. He structures and places debt across multifamily, retail, industrial, office, and more, drawing on a lender base that spans banks, credit unions, CMBS, agency, debt funds, and hard money/bridge capital.
Mark works each assignment personally — from initial underwriting through term sheet negotiation and closing — giving borrowers a single, direct point of contact for the life of the transaction.
